The story of the movie "Beach Villa" is about a rural family who are supposed to take care of a villa for 6 months as caretakers. Chavosh, the owner of the villa, is going to live outside of Iran for 6 months for his daughter to go to university, and he entrusts the villa to Younes (Pejman Jamshidi) and his wife (Rima Raminfar) and they move to the villa with their 3 children, but brother Younis' wife (Reza Attaran) creates stories upon entering the house. The Iranian film Beach Villa with the former name Reker is a social, drama, family film written and directed by (Kianush Ayari) and produced by (Reza Rakhshan) which was produced in 1401. Also, although Beach Villa is not considered a comedy movie, it has a fun and completely sweet atmosphere and is in the mood of Billy Wilder's movies. Kianoush Ayari is launching his 14th movie, as he has tasted the banning of his works many times, and apart from the movie Kanape, his movie Khane Pedari also faced many problems in the release. One of the interesting points of the movie "Beach Villa" is the role played by Shadarvan Kyomarth Pourahmad in his role, which will now be considered as his last pictures in Iranian cinema after the death of this director.
